Have an idea for a project or initiative but don't know where to start?  During this workshop, we'll have an interactive discussion on how to start projects from scratch.  We'll cover how to plan strategically (SMART goals), challenges and realities of launching projects, and how to find support for your work and ideas. 

The session will be participatory and discussion-based - with the goal of learning from one another’s experiences and perspectives to create a collective resource document on starting projects.
