National Open Access Policies: The case of Mexico's National Open Access Strategy

The session will present the actions taken and the challenges faced by the Mexican government to design and implement the National Open Access Strategy. It will also present the results of an open access perception survey conducted by the Mexican Council of Science and Technology implemented in 2016 to the Mexican National Researchers System. At the end of the session it will be expected to exchange experiences among the attendees in order to build recommendations on building Open Access National Policies.
